Scripture Study & Prayer Points
List what you want God to do for you, and commit what’s on your list to Him in prayer. As you go through the week, ask Him to grant your request and He will!
Monday: Joshua 6:21-21
(1) Thank the Lord for bringing you to the third week of August, and worship Him for what He has planned for you. (2) Thank Him for your life, for your family, for your faith, for your church and all that concerns you. (3) Celebrate His goodness for watching over you and bringing you this far in life.
Tuesday: Number 27:15-23
(1) Lift the church before the Lord and ask Him to shower ICGC with favor. (2) Ask Him to anoint His church and His servant to impact the community with the gospel of Jesus Christ. (3) Ask the Lord to expand the influence of ICGC, and to make us pace setters in the metropolis. (4) Bind every plot and wicked imagination of the enemy, and forbid it from hitting ICGC’s Fulfillment Temple.
Wednesday: Proverbs 28:18-28
(1) Pray for the blessings of the Lord on every member of the church, and ask Him to perfect that which concerns us. (2) Ask God to lift you up and elevate you to the level He has prepared for you. (3)Also pray for the release of His glory and power on the church. (4) Ask God to not withhold any good thing from His church and from His people. (5) Pray that the members will walk in love toward those within and without.
Thursday: 1 Chronicles 29:1-9
(1) Ask God to take you as you are and use you for His own glory. (2) Ask Him to consecrate, sanctify and anoint you for service in His House/Kingdom. (3) Ask Him to make the Church the kind that is alive, touching lives, affecting lives, and embarking on ministry that changes lives, makes lives better and draws people closer to Him.
Friday: 1 John 3:4-11
(1) Bind the spirit that attacks churches to cause chaos and strife, and set the people of God completely free of its influence. (2) Pray for a love revolution in the church and in the community. (3) Ask God to fill the hearts of His people with love, compassion, mercy and kindness so we will live together as a family.
Saturday: Luke 19:1-10
(1) Lift pastor and his family before the Lord and destroy every satanic altar opposing his life and ministry. (2) Destroy every satanic plot, weapon of distraction, inhibition, provocation, intimidation, harassment, threatening, agitation and limitation against him and his family. (3) Declare Satan’s tricks against him ineffective in Jesus’ name.
Sunday: Psalm 9:1-11
(1) Thank the Lord for His mercies that are renewed toward you daily.
(2) Pray for His power to fall on our church services.
